I have worked in sales with international B2B and B2C clients, and close to industrial sites where staffing, safety and delivery must work every day. That gives me a firsthand view of both the role that wins the work and the people needed to deliver it.

I founded Northcraft Partners to help you identify the roles to strengthen, find and assess the right candidates, and build capacity as demand grows. You stay focused on clients and delivery; we lead the search and give you a clear basis for each hiring decision.
